CTSO Privacy and Refund Policy
The Catholic Tuition Support Organization (CTSO) values your privacy. For this reason we will never lease, sell, or give your confidential information which we obtain in the normal course of doing business to any party outside our organization.
If you choose to make a contribution, you will be asked to provide contact information and financial information which will be processed with the utmost confidentiality.
Any personal information provided to us will not be traded, rented, sold nor otherwise shared with anyone outside CTSO. From time to time, we may engage third parties to process your information on our behalf; however, none of the CTSO affiliates (such as our credit card company) have permission to retain, share, store or use personal information for any reason other than providing the requested service.
The Catholic Tuition Support Organization (CTSO) is certified by the Department of Revenue to accept tax credit contributions. Arizona taxpayers can receive a dollar-for-dollar tax credit on their Arizona tax liability.
All tax credit contributions to CTSO are voluntary and are not available for refund.
CTSO is a tax-exempt organization under section 501.c.3 of the Internal Revenue Code. Your contribution may also qualify for a federal tax deduction.
